The Wretch is a quadrupedal human-pig hybrid, with a hunched over posture. All parts of the its body are crudely misshapen and connected with leather straps and sewing. The Wretch's behavior is almost childlike. During Oswald Mandus' attempt to shut down the machine that created these beasts, he came across Wretches playing with children's toys, such as building blocks.
